Theme Park

Bluewater Industries was contracted by one of our foundry partners to machine aluminum seat castings made for a large theme park ride.

We machined and assembled all guest seating for final placement on the new ride.

Our largest Vertical Milling Center was uniquely suited for the large tooling required to hold these oddly shaped and flexible parts.  After machining and powder coating, we assembled each set of chairs in accordance with customer specifications to include the seat material cutting, sewing and stretching for final assembly.
